These are the three points where air needs to move, and each one needs a slightly different fix. At the eaves — the lowest edge of the roof — we fit proprietary eaves ventilators or trays that hold insulation back from the roofline, guaranteeing a 25mm air gap even when loft insulation is topped up later. Lap vents sit part-way up the roof slope on longer runs, useful where the eaves-to-ridge distance is long enough that air needs a second entry point. Ridge vents run along the apex of the roof and let warm, moist air out at the highest point, where it naturally wants to go.
