What We Do

Four things, done properly:

• Spray foam removal — stripping out open cell and closed cell foam that’s causing problems at survey or mortgage stage, with a written removal certificate afterwards.
• Spray foam insulation — correctly specified and installed where foam genuinely is the right answer, which is less often than the industry suggests.
• Loft insulation — mineral wool topped up or installed fresh to current Building Regulations depth.
• Loft boarding — a raised, boarded platform over your existing insulation for proper loft storage, without squashing what’s underneath.

We say plainly when a job isn’t needed. If a survey shows your existing insulation is fine, we’ll tell you that rather than quote you for work anyway.

Why a Local Contractor Makes a Difference

Housing stock varies a lot across this part of Yorkshire, and it matters. A stone-built terrace in Halifax holds heat and moisture very differently to a 1960s semi in Wakefield, and a barn conversion near Wetherby has ventilation needs a standard estate house doesn’t.
