What We Do

Most enquiries fall into one of two camps: homeowners who’ve been told a mortgage lender won’t touch their house because of spray foam in the loft, and homeowners who want their loft properly insulated, boarded, or their walls insulated from the outside. We handle both, plus the removal work that sits between them.

Spray Foam Services

Spray Foam Removal If a RICS survey or mortgage valuation has flagged spray foam in your roof, this is where to start. We remove both open cell and closed cell foam, assess timber condition underneath, and issue a removal certificate that lenders and buyers recognise.

Spray Foam Insulation For lofts and cold roofs that need proper insulating rather than stripping out. We only fit BBA approved foam where it’s the right product for the roof, and we’ll say so if it isn’t.

Loft Services

Loft Insulation Mineral wool or fibre insulation laid to current Building Regulations depth — the straightforward, lender-friendly way to insulate a roof space. Suitable for most standard lofts across Leeds.

Loft Boarding Turns a loft into usable storage without crushing the insulation beneath it. We raise the boards clear of the joists so depth and performance are kept intact.

External Wall Services

External Wall Insulation For solid-wall properties — common in older Leeds terraces and semis — where loft work alone won’t solve heat loss. Render finish, 25 year guarantee, applied by our own trained fitters.

Working Across Leeds and West Yorkshire

Landlord and Letting Agent Services

If you manage several rental properties, we can schedule surveys and installations across a portfolio rather than one property at a time, which keeps disruption to tenants to a minimum. We also advise on which insulation work will move an EPC rating up a band, since that’s usually the driver for landlords rather than comfort alone. Ask about multi-property quotes when you call.
